Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services
  • ability to manage purchasing, inventory and food cost
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • willingness to develop and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • manage automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • lead and foster a positive team culture
  • plan and execute high-end catering events
