The company is known for its innovative approach to meal preparation and service, aligning with USDA guidelines and focusing on health, safety, and community impact. As a company, Whitsons fosters a positive workplace culture that values teamwork, accountability, and leadership development, providing comprehensive benefits and competitive pay to attract passionate professionals.
The role of Chef Manager at Whitsons is a dynamic leadership position within the school nutrition sector, specifically aimed at managing and elevating kitchen operations in a school environment. Additionally, the role involves maintaining rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory and budgetary controls, and collaborating with school administrators to promote student health.
This position requires a proactive leader with at least three years of culinary management experience, preferably within school food service or an institutional setting.
