Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach management and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee daily operations in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Manage large-scale events and banquets ensuring seamless execution
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Respond swiftly and efficiently to guest feedback and operational challenges
  • Collaborate with Executive Chefs and Banquet Sales Managers for optimal business performance
  • Inspire and motivate staff to meet and exceed performance goals
