The company is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the back-of-house (BOH) operations at its Milwaukee location. This full-time role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence while supporting team development and aligning with the company’s core values. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage kitchen staff, and collaborate cross-functionally with front-of-house teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience. The position requires an individual with a strong culinary background, ideally holding a culinary degree, and at least three years of experience in an Executive Chef role. Tupelo Honey values leaders who demonstrate excellent decision-making skills, are adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and exhibit a strong passion for mentorship and team growth.
