The Executive Chef role at Compass Group USA is a key leadership position overseeing all culinary functions within a dining account. The Executive Chef manages and leads a diverse team of associates, ensuring that all aspects of food production, safety, and sanitation meet the highest standards. In this role, you will take charge of cost control measures and budget management to maintain efficient operational expenditures. You will be responsible for planning and creating innovative menus that cater to the preferences and dietary needs of your clientele, while maintaining quality and creativity. Inventory management and procurement of ingredients and supplies are also under your supervision to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and stocked appropriately. Another important responsibility includes the rollout of new culinary programs, which you will execute in collaboration with the marketing and culinary teams to enhance the overall dining experience. This role demands a passion for culinary excellence, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a top-tier foodservice company. Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum three years culinary management experience
  • ability to manage high volume production
  • knowledge of cost control and inventory management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
