Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years culinary leadership experience
  • knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation
  • proven ability to manage kitchen operations and teams
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work a 5-day work week including alternating weekends
  • servsafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • culinary leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, country club, hotel, restaurant, or higher education dining
  • strong scratch cooking and production background
  • experience leading and developing hourly culinary teams
  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
  • ability to manage ordering, inventory, labor, and overall kitchen performance
  • servsafe certification preferred
