Job Description
Our company specializes in lifestyle, boutique hotels and restaurants, known for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences that perfectly complement the luxurious and sensorial environment of our hotels. We focus on creating memorable experiences, fulfilling dreams, and providing flawless service at every touchpoint. From check-in to departure, our guests receive highly personalized and thoughtful service, making every stay unique and satisfying. This organization fosters a culture where individuals can be themselves and flourish professionally, surrounded by a team dedicated to innovation and excellence in hospitality. Joining our team means becoming part of a passionate group of professionals committed to elevating guest experiences and pushing the boundaries of hospitality standards.
Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection, is set to open its doors in 2026 with over 120 beautifully appointed rooms and suites. Situated next to a scenic biking trail with green belt access that links to the larger trail system in Rogers, Arkansas, this hotel is ideally located for visitors exploring Northwest Arkansas. Guests will enjoy proximity to numerous corporate offices, dining establishments, and an outdoor amphitheater. The hotel features elegant, contemporary rooms and suites with luxurious marble bathrooms, designer toiletries, minifridges, and minibars. Additional amenities include concierge services, an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a fine-dining restaurant serving locally sourced culinary delights paired with exquisite wines, and over 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
We seek individuals who prioritize people above all, believe that great food is central to hospitality, and who inspire their teams to exceed every guest's expectations. As a leader, creativity and collaboration are valued, as is a multi-sensory dining experience that delights all five senses. We are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our team members.
The ideal candidate will have a zeal for culinary perfection, excel at team development, foster a spirit of service among colleagues, and collaborate effectively across departments. Hands-on leadership is important, as is a passion for creativity in menu development and banquet operations. Above all, a love for food is essential.
This role requires experience in a luxury full-service hotel or a high-volume fine dining setting, with a track record of leadership and culinary excellence. The chef will be actively involved in kitchen operations as well as guest interaction, sharing our culinary story and elevating the overall experience. A culinary education or equivalent combination of training and experience is expected, along with at least five years of high-volume cooking spanning fine dining and banquet environments. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations is crucial to successfully lead and innovate in this role.
At the heart of our hospitality philosophy is the desire to create unmatched moments that resonate with each guest. Joining our team means embracing the challenge to curate extraordinary experiences every day. We pride ourselves on equal opportunity employment and look forward to welcoming passionate professionals who share our vision and commitment to excellence.
