Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role within the hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Engage with guests to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and improve dining experiences
  • Monitor financial performance including budget management, forecasting, and reporting aligned with hotel goals
  • Optimize kitchen operations by managing workflows and systems for efficiency
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through professional development, performance management, and recognition
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to maintain guest and team wellbeing
