We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations at one of our high-profile, high-volume restaurants. This role is pivotal in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence while driving the culinary vision forward. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the back-of-house functions, ensuring seamless operations that meet our exacting standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced culinary leader with a strong operational background and a passion for Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The successful candidate will bring their proven leadership abilities to build and develop a highly accountable and organized kitchen team while managing cost controls and inventory to optimize profitability.

Working in a high-profile venue, the Executive Chef should be comfortable representing the restaurant in media engagements and other public-facing scenarios, reinforcing the brand’s image and commitment to excellence.

Job Duties
