Your leadership will foster a disciplined, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture, mentoring sous chefs and culinary staff to achieve outstanding execution and maintain consistency in all dishes.
In addition to culinary leadership, this role involves critical operational responsibilities such as managing food costs, inventory control, vendor relationships, and sourcing high-quality domestic and imported Mediterranean ingredients. You will ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, optimizing portion control and minimizing waste. The Executive Chef will also play an integral role in enhancing the guest experience by upholding hospitality and presentation standards, occasionally engaging with guests during chef tables and special events, and representing the brand at culinary and community events.

Job Requirements
- 7+ years of executive chef or senior sous chef experience in upscale or fine dining
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine
- Strong understanding of regional ingredients techniques and traditions
- Proven track record of managing high-volume quality-driven kitchens
- Strong financial acumen including food cost labor management and forecasting
- Ability to lead with both authority and mentorship
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years executive chef or senior sous chef experience in upscale or fine dining
- Formal culinary training preferred

Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations including menu development recipe creation and execution

- Manage food cost inventory control and vendor relationships

- Maintain proper portioning and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation standards
- Recruit train and mentor sous chefs and culinary staff
