We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at Shads Landing. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring the culinary needs of our residents are met with excellence and care. The Executive Chef will oversee the preparation of three high-quality, nutritious, well-presented meals daily, created from scratch in a clean and safe kitchen environment. This position demands a leader who can inspire, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively, maintaining high standards of food quality while adhering to budgetary constraints. The Executive Chef will be responsible for crafting menus that cater to the dietary preferences and nutritional requirements of our senior community, promoting health and satisfaction through every meal served.

At Shads Landing, we believe that great food nourishes both body and soul. Therefore, the Executive Chef plays a crucial role in enhancing the daily experience of our residents by delivering exceptional culinary offerings that contribute to their wellbeing and happiness. This opportunity comes with a retention bonus of $500 paid after 90 days of continuous service, reflecting our dedication to recognizing and rewarding commitment and excellence within our team.
