Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or kitchen manager

- excellent team leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
- knowledge of health and safety standards in a commercial kitchen
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen staff and manage all kitchen operations
- develop and plan menus focused on Italian cuisine
- ensure quality and consistency of all dishes served
- manage inventory and food costs
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- coordinate with front-of-house management for seamless service
