We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at this prestigious restaurant. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in shaping the kitchen's creative direction, with a particular emphasis on Hu Cuisine, while also utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of the Seven Major Regional Chinese Cuisines. This role demands mastery in crafting refined, authentic, and innovative dishes that uphold the restaurant's commitment to exceptional quality and presentation. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, from menu development and ingredient sourcing to food preparation and staff leadership. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience as an executive chef in fine dining
  • demonstrated expertise in hu cuisine
