Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of culinary management experience
  • Experience with high volume production and catering
  • Proven ability to manage cost controls and budgets
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and work across multiple locations
  • Commitment to operational excellence and growth mindset

Job Duties

  • Plan, develop, and implement menus
  • Oversee purchasing and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support the launch of new culinary initiatives in partnership with marketing and leadership
  • Travel frequently to support operations and business needs
