Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional culinary leadership role preferably in a hotel or large hospitality setting
- Proven track record managing culinary operations including food quality cost control and staff supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness safety and regulatory compliance
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or in a senior culinary leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques kitchen operations and culinary management
