The role of Executive Chef at Hilton is central to the success of the hotel’s culinary operations. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a culinary leadership position
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse kitchen team
- Knowledge of financial management and cost control
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Certification in food safety and handling
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or in a senior culinary leadership role
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food safety, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and innovate menu items
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
