Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent level of experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

Job Duties

Oversee and execute a variety of dinner shifts throughout the week
Ensure staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet and exceed guest needs
Hire, train, motivate, and schedule kitchen staff
Provide direction to team members by coaching, counseling, and providing feedback on job performance
Oversee and maintain working order of kitchen through direct communication with the General Manager and Facilities team
