Job Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in commercial cooking with at least two years in a management position
- Completion of an apprenticeship or certification course from a culinary school
- Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations such as HACCP
- Financial understanding
- Additional culinary certifications or equivalent professional experience preferred

- Additional culinary certifications such as diet chef or industrial chef preferred
- Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations including HACCP
- Strong financial understanding
Job Duties
- Oversee food production and control budgets to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain recipe compliance and conduct flavor and presentation checks while driving menu development
- Manage inventory and optimize kitchen processes ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene regulations such as HACCP, GQS, and Lean Manufacturing
- Represent the kitchen in menu presentations and engage with clients while inspiring and leading the kitchen staff
- Mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
