Job Requirements

  • minimum three years of progressive management experience in the california restaurant industry
  • proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing english
  • flexibility to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to meet the physical demands of the job including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • successful completion of comprehensive background check
  • willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
  • strong communication skills
  • demonstrated leadership and financial acumen
  • passion for hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum three years of progressive management experience in the california restaurant industry
  • demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in english required, spanish preferred
  • solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost control
  • passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
