The role for which Bottega Louie is hiring is that of a Chef, a critical position in maintaining the high standards and culinary excellence the company is known for. This role requires a full-time professional available to work 40 hours per week, capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and standing or moving for extended periods. The Chef will be responsible for training and coaching the culinary team to ensure recipe adherence, teaching proper cooking techniques, and guaranteeing that all dishes meet the Bottega Louie recipe specifications. Maintaining culinary equipment and cleanliness standards is also paramount in this role, alongside adherence to sanitation protocols.
Collaborative leadership is essential, as the Chef will need to work supportively with other restaurant leadership to drive financial success and uphold the brand’s standard of excellence. Maintaining both personal and team professional appearance and grooming standards is required. The role involves developing strong systems and standards to ensure each dish is executed perfectly for every guest while operating with maximum efficiency.
