Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Proven ability to manage cost controls
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must comply with safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates all menus
  • Purchases and manages inventory
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversees all safety and sanitation for the dining account
  • Leads and manages a team of culinary associates
  • Ensures quality and compliance with healthcare nutrition standards
