Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent culinary experience
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in culinary management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume food production and catering operations
- Experience with cost control and budget management
- Ability to maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work Monday to Friday including breakfast, lunch, and catering shifts
Job Qualifications
- 3–5 years of culinary management experience
- High-volume production and catering experience
- Proven experience managing food and labor cost controls
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Culinary degree preferred
- Desire to grow within Eurest and Compass Group
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and develop culinary associates to deliver consistent, high-quality food
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen environment
- Plan, develop, and execute menus aligned with client expectations and Eurest standards
- Roll out new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams
- Manage food, labor, and operational costs to meet budget targets
- Monitor and control expenditures for the account
- Purchase and manage inventory to ensure efficiency and minimize waste
