We are currently seeking an Executive Chef for our modern Indian concept, a role designed for a visionary culinary leader ready to craft a unique and personal culinary identity. This position is not about inheriting an established system but about building from the ground up — developing a kitchen culture, designing inventive menus, and setting the bar for excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in elevated or contemporary Indian cuisine, possess a strong technical foundation, and demonstrate a natural talent for mentorship and team development.
This Executive Chef will lead culinary innovation and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations with full authority over menu creation and culinary direction. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive toward national recognition, and the ability to connect culinary creativity with the brand’s identity, creating exceptional guest experiences. Experience with new restaurant openings is highly desirable, as is a background working alongside Michelin-recognized or James Beard–awarded chefs. The position offers a generous salary starting at $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, relocation assistance, and O-1 visa transfer support.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of modern Indian cuisine and culinary techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, NC
- Eligibility to work in the United States
