Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
- must be able to reach with arms and hands, bend, kneel and crouch
- must be able to lift items between 10 and 50 lbs
- bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise preferred
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience at CDC level
- 3+ years’ experience in fine casual or fine dining, high volume and sales preferred

- experience with restaurant POS systems such as TOAST, CTUIT, and TripleSeat
- ability to multitask, problem solve, delegate
- initiative and strong follow through
- attention to detail
- expert in employee lifecycle management
- excellent understanding of company culture
Job Duties
- work with VP of Culinary and main office to establish and achieve clear profitability, performance goals and metrics
- create periodic financial forecasts to show blended COGS and labor percentages for BOH
- monitor CTUIT data daily and weekly to identify areas of opportunity
- ensure managers review monthly inventories and adjust ordering habits
- review storage locations to maintain strategic product pars and efficient BOH organization
- guide CDC, managers, and sous chefs in monitoring ordering and labor habits to meet cost goals
- monitor staff schedules and staffing pars for appropriate coverage
- work with home office and leadership on capital improvements needed in kitchen and restaurant spaces
- work with BOH leaders to grow the brand and culture
- coach and train chefs and line cooks to regulate inventory, staffing, food costs, and service flow
- connect with internal and external community
- coach chefs on vendor relationships
- review staffing templates and shift times
- follow up on shift notes to resolve issues and uphold company standards
- hold interviews and facilitate termination when necessary
- oversee and execute offsite or large buyout events
- track COGS and labor for events
- assemble team and equipment for offsite events
- ensure recipes are followed and food is up to standard
- oversee prep, flavor profiles, plating, portioning, and new menu execution
- ensure quality and correct product delivery to kitchen
- manage cleanliness and organization of restaurant
- oversee maintenance and repair using approved vendors
- facilitate pest control and deep cleaning SOPs
- maintain cooking equipment and BOH infrastructure
