Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in reputed establishments
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current state health and sanitation certification required
- valid driver’s license for applicable roles
- CPR and First Aid certifications current or obtainable
- proficiency in advanced cooking techniques
- experience supervising kitchen teams
- knowledge of food ordering processes and cost control
- ability to communicate effectively and build teams
- familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end restaurants, clubs, hotels, or senior living establishments
- proficient in advanced cooking techniques including garde manger, baking, sauces, hot and cold food preparation
- strong kitchen supervision and training skills
- knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- current state health and sanitation certification
- valid driver’s license
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- Culinary Arts degree advantageous
Job Duties
- support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
- supervise line cooks and kitchen attendants
- ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
- monitor food and labor costs
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- contribute to training and development of kitchen staff
- assist in food ordering and inventory management
