Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years culinary experience
  • Experience in kitchen supervision
  • Proficiency in advanced cooking techniques
  • Current state health and sanitation certification
  • Valid driver's license for applicable roles
  • CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of food ordering and cost control processes

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in high-end restaurants, clubs, hotels, or senior living establishments
  • Experience with kitchen supervision and training
  • Proficiency in advanced cooking techniques including garde manger, baking, sauces, hot and cold food preparation
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Culinary Arts degree is advantageous
  • Current state health and sanitation certification
  • CPR and First Aid certifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise line cooks and kitchen attendants
  • Ensure exceptional food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage food ordering and control food and labor costs
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Use POS systems to support kitchen efficiency
