Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 5 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 3 years
  • Proven culinary experience in managing high-volume or corporate kitchens
  • Strong technical skills in menu development and food trends
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in food and labor cost management
  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse culinary teams
  • Commitment to strict food safety and HACCP compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in culinary operations
  • At least 3 years functional experience as an executive chef or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of contemporary menu design and sustainable sourcing
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and control food and labor costs
  • Strong leadership skills in recruiting, training, and team development
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations

Job Duties
