The Executive Chef 4 position at Erlanger Main in Chattanooga, TN, offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated culinary team in a renowned medical facility. Erlanger Baroness Hospital is a 688-bed tertiary referral hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center serving a large region that includes East Tennessee, North Georgia, North Alabama, and western North Carolina. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering consistent, high-quality food production aligned with Sodexo’s culinary standards and health regulations.
As Executive Chef 4, you will manage all aspects of daily food production, including production planning and cost controls, ensuring compliance with Sodexo's recipes and culinary standards. The role requires strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to develop and train frontline employees to achieve a high level of food quality and customer satisfaction. A passion for culinary innovation and knowledge of special diets and allergens is essential, supporting the delivery of safe and enjoyable meals within a healthcare setting.
This position operates on a typical Monday through Friday schedule, providing a stable work routine conducive to work-life balance.
