Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years management experience
- minimum 3 years functional culinary experience
- strong financial acumen in food and labor cost control
- ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams
- knowledge of food safety and HACCP compliance
- excellent communication and client service skills
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 5 years of management experience in a high-volume or complex culinary environment
