Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- At least 3 years of functional experience
- Proven culinary experience managing high-volume kitchens or corporate dining
- Strong expertise in menu design and sustainable sourcing
- Demonstrated financial acumen managing food and labor costs
