Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of functional experience in culinary services
- ServSafe certification strongly preferred
- Ability to lead and develop a culinary team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong business management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in food or culinary services
- Minimum 3 years work experience in foodservice including restaurants fast food vending catering institutional or mall food courts
- Proven executive-level culinary leadership experience in healthcare high-volume foodservice or complex multi-outlet environments
- Strong people leadership skills with ability to motivate develop and retain culinary teams
- Expertise in food safety sanitation and regulatory compliance
- Solid business acumen with budget food cost labor and operational KPI management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee all culinary operations ensuring high standards of food quality service and presentation across patient retail and catering programs
- Manage coach and develop a diverse culinary team fostering engagement accountability and a culture of safety and excellence
- Partner with operations and clinical stakeholders to deliver patient-centered menus that meet nutrition dietary and satisfaction goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and regulatory requirements maintaining readiness for audits and inspections
- Drive operational and financial performance through effective labor management cost control forecasting and inventory management
