The Executive Chef role at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with Sodexo Live! is an exciting leadership opportunity for professionals who thrive in high-end culinary environments and are eager to contribute to the dynamic airline hospitality sector. The Executive Chef is responsible for various critical functions including purchasing, menu compliance, inventory control, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting. Maintaining adherence to Sodexo’s culinary standards—such as recipe compliance and food quality—is essential in delivering a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

In this role, the Executive Chef will lead and inspire their culinary team, motivating staff to embrace new culinary trends and innovations while upholding strict standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety. Proficiency with automated food inventory systems and management software like Excel spreadsheets is also vital to succeed in this position. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 3 years management experience
  • minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Duties
