Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or culinary leader in a healthcare or high-volume setting
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for quality presentation and nutrition
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
  • Ability to lead coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations including patient dining retail food outlets and catering
  • Develop and execute creative nutritious and visually appealing menus that meet patient needs and exceed expectations
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage food and labor costs to meet financial targets
