The Executive Chef role is based in Boston, MA, within Sodexo's Corporate Culinary Leadership division, specifically focused on Chef-Driven Dining. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for a premier corporate dining account. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience of 3 years
  • minimum functional experience of 3 years in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts

  • proven experience as an executive chef or culinary leader in corporate dining or hospitality culinary environment
  • strong culinary skills with passion for high-quality thoughtfully prepared food
  • leadership abilities that inspire teams build culture and support professional growth
  • solid understanding of food safety haccp and operational best practices
  • financial acumen including food cost management purchasing and inventory control
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to partner with clients stakeholders and cross-functional teams
