Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, catering, or institutional services
  • Ability to lead high-end culinary operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Financial management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in culinary or food services
  • Proven leadership experience in managing culinary teams
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Expertise in high-volume, high-end corporate dining
  • Financial acumen including budget management and P&L awareness
  • Passion for menu innovation and current culinary trends

Job Duties

  • Lead all culinary operations for café service, executive dining, and high-end corporate catering
  • Develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect Sodexo standards and client culture
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through visibility, communication, tastings, and proactive engagement
  • Oversee, train, and mentor the culinary team fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Manage food and labor budgets, purchasing, inventory, and vendor partnerships
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement and culinary innovation
