This position is for the Executive Chef 3 role at Sodexo's client site, American Financial Group located in Cincinnati, OH. The Executive Chef 3 is the senior culinary leader responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including café service, executive dining, and high-end catering. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader capable of delivering a sophisticated dining experience that meets the high standards of an upscale corporate environment. The Executive Chef 3 will lead menu development, production, and food safety efforts while also managing team performance and client relationships. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, catering, or institutional services
- Ability to lead high-end culinary operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Financial management experience

Job Duties
