Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, catering, or institutional services
- Ability to lead high-end culinary operations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Financial management experience

- Proven leadership experience in managing culinary teams
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Expertise in high-volume, high-end corporate dining
- Financial acumen including budget management and P&L awareness
- Passion for menu innovation and current culinary trends
Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations for café service, executive dining, and high-end corporate catering
- Develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect Sodexo standards and client culture
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through visibility, communication, tastings, and proactive engagement
- Oversee, train, and mentor the culinary team fostering collaboration and high performance
- Manage food and labor budgets, purchasing, inventory, and vendor partnerships
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement and culinary innovation
