The Executive Chef position, located in Boston, MA, is a pivotal role within Sodexo's Corporate Culinary Leadership team, specifically focused on Chef-Driven Dining programs. This role entails overseeing all culinary operations for a prestigious corporate dining account, ensuring that the dining experience is thoughtfully crafted and consistently excellent. As the primary culinary leader on-site, the Executive Chef is responsible for mentoring and inspiring the culinary team while upholding stringent food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • Strong culinary skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Financial management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or culinary leader in corporate dining or hospitality culinary environment
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for high-quality, thoughtfully prepared food
  • Leadership abilities that inspire teams, build culture, and support professional growth
  • Solid understanding of food safety, HACCP, and operational best practices
  • Financial acumen including food cost management, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, stakeholders, and teams

Job Duties
