Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years of management experience
  • Three years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

  • Menu planning experience and deep understanding of modern culinary approaches

Job Duties

  • Lead and maintain chef and manager scheduling
  • provide coverage when needed
  • Partner with vendors for procurement and purchasing decisions
  • Oversee purchasing audits and ensure financial accuracy
  • Standardize and elevate catering and banquet services
  • Develop menus tailored to client needs and healthcare environment standards
  • Build strong relationships with hospital clients and stakeholders
