Sodexo is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to serve as the Campus Executive Chef at Augusta University, located in Augusta, GA. This full-time leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all culinary and back-of-house (BOH) functions at the campus. The Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for managing purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective kitchen operations.

The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of Sodexo's rigorous culinary standards, including recipe compliance and consistent food quality across all food services. Leadership and team motivation will be key components of this role; the Executive Chef must inspire and develop culinary teams by embracing innovative cooking techniques and continuously enhancing the dining experience.

Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are met and maintained will be critical responsibilities. The role requires a thorough working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems, enabling accurate forecasting and efficient resource utilization.
