Sodexo is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Chef 2 to join their healthcare account located in the Philadelphia Metro and Northern Delaware region. The Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for overseeing the daily food production process, ensuring compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
In this leadership position, the Executive Chef 2 plays a pivotal role in managing food costing, planning menus, and controlling inventory to optimize operations efficiently. They are expected to drive innovation by incorporating current culinary trends and catering to diverse dietary needs including special diets and allergens.
