Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 2 years food or culinary services work experience including restaurants, fast food, catering, or institutional services
  • ability to lead and inspire a culinary team
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
  • proficiency in budget management and cost control
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive culinary innovation by developing high-end, trend-forward menus and bespoke dining experiences
  • Mentor, train, and inspire back-of-house teams and sous chefs to foster a culture of culinary excellence
  • Manage fiscal performance through strategic menu engineering, waste reduction, and food and labor cost control
  • Uphold rigorous food safety, HACCP compliance, and sanitation standards ensuring a zero-compromise kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with corporate clients and general managers to align culinary programs with client visions and workplace culture
  • Execute premium catering and VIP special events ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
