Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 2 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in foodservice or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams maintaining high standards
  • Solid knowledge of food safety sanitation practices and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with menu development cost control inventory management and purchasing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Creativity and professionalism in delivering modern corporate cuisine

Job Duties

  • Lead daily culinary operations across cafe service catering and executive dining in a corporate environment
  • Develop and execute creative modern menus tailored to a professional clientele
