The Executive Chef 2 role at the Morehouse College account in the Atlanta metro area is a vital leadership position within SodexoMAGIC. This role requires a talented culinarian who is proficient in managing both high-end and high-volume cuisines. The Executive Chef plays an essential role in creating a culinary environment that not only supports the well-being of college students but also enhances the overall dining experience for students, faculty, and staff. The Executive Chef 2 will manage the resident dining and catering operations at Morehouse College, overseeing everything from menu compliance and food cost analysis to inventory and production forecasting. A key responsibility includes maintaining food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards to meet regulatory requirements and company expectations. This position demands active engagement on the floor during service times, promoting direct communication with the campus community to better understand and meet their needs.

Job Duties
