We are seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead a high-end corporate dining operation in Seattle, WA. As the Executive Chef 2, you will steer the culinary direction, integrating modern, trend-forward menus with flawless execution, ensuring that every dish served is of the highest standard. Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in culinary or food service
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering institutional services or mall food courts
  • Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
  • Proven financial acumen in menu and inventory management
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of kitchen safety and ServSafe compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and client engagement skills

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in culinary or food service leadership roles
  • Proven ability to lead high-volume upscale corporate or hospitality kitchens
  • Strong skills in menu innovation and culinary trend integration
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing kitchen teams
  • Competence in financial management including menu engineering and food cost control
  • Knowledge of and commitment to rigorous food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent client relationship and hospitality skills
