The role of Executive Chef 2 at the University of Nebraska Omaha- Dodge Campus is a pivotal position within Sodexo’s campus dining operations. This full-time position requires a dynamic and experienced culinary professional who can oversee the growing catering business as well as retail dining on the university campus. The Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for managing a variety of culinary functions, which include purchasing, menu compliance, inventory control, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting. This role demands a strong ability to ensure that Sodexo’s culinary standards are maintained consistently, including adherence to recipe compliance and food quality standards.

In addition to managing operational tasks, the Executive Chef 2 plays an essential leadership role by developing and motivating culinary teams to embrace innovation and creativity in menu planning and food preparation.   • minimum 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services

Job Duties
