SodexoMagic Campus segment is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Wayne State University, located in Detroit, Michigan. This role is focused within the Campus Food Service Operations in Residential Dining at Wayne State University. The Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for managing culinary operations, ensuring compliance with Sodexo's high culinary standards, and creating a dynamic, innovative environment that supports the dietary needs and wellness of college students. This position requires a balance of creativity and leadership to motivate the culinary team and maintain excellence in food quality and safety.

As an Executive Chef 2, you will lead purchasing decisions, manage inventory, analyze food cost, and accurately forecast food production needs. Implementing corresponding culinary standards like recipe compliance and food quality management forms a key part of this role.
