Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum management experience - 2 years
- Minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc

- Deep knowledge of scratch cooking seasonal ingredients and elevated presentation standards
- Ability to mentor coach and inspire a culinary team in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Experience with kitchen systems ordering inventory forecasting and food-safety compliance
- Background supporting high-end catering VIP dining or multi-station service models
- A polished service-driven approach that aligns with GEC’s hospitality-first philosophy
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen production ensuring consistency quality and smooth service across all stations
- Support the Executive Chef in crafting scratch-made seasonal and locally inspired menus aligned with GEC standards
- Deliver an elevated culinary experience tailored to a fast-paced innovation-driven tech-company environment
- Assist with planning and executing VIP functions executive dining and high-end corporate events
- Mentor coach and elevate the culinary team to maintain excellence in technique service and presentation
- Partner with the Executive Chef on ordering inventory forecasting and adherence to Sodexo and GEC operational standards
