With a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and exceptional service, Sodexo partners with corporate clients to deliver safe, efficient, and eco-friendly workplace dining experiences. Their Corporate Services division focuses on providing diverse food service options ranging from traditional restaurant settings to innovative delivery and catering services across multiple locations. As an Executive Chef with Sodexo, you will take on a pivotal role within the Corporate Services sector by providing expert culinary leadership across multiple accounts throughout the Midwest. This position involves 100% travel, supporting various high-volume sites that require immediate culinary intervention and operational stability due to leadership gaps or operational challenges. In this dynamic role, you will be a hands-on resource, actively engaging in daily cooking, mentoring kitchen teams, and driving critical improvements in food quality and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include stepping into diverse locations for up to 12 months to ensure the seamless continuation of culinary operations. You will assess each site's needs quickly and implement best practices to elevate the standard of food preparation and service. This includes training and mentoring staff to optimize performance, improve execution, and maintain consistent food quality. You will also be responsible for reinforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety standards, menu development, ordering, inventory control, and cost management. This role demands adaptability, leadership, and robust culinary skills as you respond to the fast-paced and evolving demands of multiple client sites.

Sodexo offers a competitive compensation package that reflects each candidate's education, experience, skills, and training. Beyond salary, Sodexo provides a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, and vision care, wellness initiatives, retirement plans with 401(k) matching, paid time off, company holidays, and opportunities for career growth and tuition reimbursement. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional who thrives on variety, enjoys traveling, and seeks to make a tangible impact across a broad portfolio of corporate dining environments.
