Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 2 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 2 years in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in culinary or food services
  • Proven culinary expertise in scratch cooking and seasonal ingredients
  • Experience in leading and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Background in catering, VIP dining, or multi-station service
  • Knowledge of kitchen operational systems and food safety compliance
  • Strong customer service and hospitality focus

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary operations ensuring quality and consistency
  • Develop seasonal and scratch-made menus aligned with GEC standards
  • Elevate dining experience tailored to tech-campus environment
  • Support planning and execution of VIP and corporate catering events
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary team members
  • Manage kitchen systems including ordering, inventory, forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo and GEC operational and food safety standards
