Sodexo is currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. This role presents a unique opportunity for restaurant managers or culinary professionals who desire a better work-life balance, offering friendly work hours and minimal weekends, which is often rare in high-demand culinary roles. The Executive Chef 2 will be instrumental in developing and standardizing culinary systems and procedures that align with the hospital's standards and Sodexo's excellence in service delivery.

In this leadership position, the Executive Chef 2 is responsible for managing food quality, ensuring compliance with food and physical safety standards while conducting annual training for hourly associates to maintain high safety levels. You will lead, mentor, and develop a frontline team dedicated to providing outstanding culinary experiences for patients, staff, and visitors. The role involves hands-on menu creation tailored to client needs, innovative ideas for retail, catering, and patient services, and active involvement in procurement and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and quality control.

Job Qualifications
