Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in food or culinary services
- Ability to lead and train staff
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
- Experience in menu development, cost control, and inventory management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in culinary or food services
- Minimum 2 years of functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong culinary leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams
- Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Experience in menu development and cost control
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary operations across café service, catering, and executive dining in a corporate environment
- Develop and execute creative, modern menus tailored to a professional clientele
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent, high-quality culinary execution
- Manage food cost, inventory, purchasing, and waste control to support financial targets
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with the General Manager and client teams to support events, VIP functions, and service enhancements
